KIDSZONE EXPRESS

This is specifically designed for kids 3 to 10 to promote healthy, active lifestyles. The exciting new program studio is located on the first floor at the far end of the lobby. The Kidzone Express was developed to enhance the quality of family services offered at the facility and provide young children with an active environment to develop both physically and socially.

The classes are conveniently offered during the day and on weekends so that parents can take full advantage of our aerobic and training classes upstairs in the Health Club.
